From Minsky: Visitor's Edition. Inscribed August 15, 1937. Blue, turquoise, black, and white on green cloth, image of the house in Salem, Massachusetts, with the same design as a line drawing in green on cream paper dust jacket. The dust jacket lists eleven Visitor's Editions published by Houghton for sale at "literary shrines."
