This map, which accompanied Wisconsin Agricultural Experiment Station bulletin 140 published in 1906, shows the location of cheese factories, creameries, combined factories, skim stations, and condenseries in the state. Statistics on the amount and value of butter, cheese, and milk produced in Wisconsin in 1905 are given.
