A view of the construction of the new one-room elementary school in the Laven village of Nong E-oi (XB 6572) in Attapu Province. The village was where the first IVS volunteers took up residence in 1963 before moving into permanent housing in the Laven village of Houei Kong (XB 6473, L-56) in April 1964.
