Photograph and notes about 723 Franklin Street. 1896 whole block owned by J.A Sprecher- house on this corner. House moved to town in Spring of 1942. Reuben Zick's dad jacked it up and Marvin Roos moved it with his truck. House was built about 1935 on US Hwy 12 at B.O.W. Gate 10, location by Jake Hills. The dormer was built into Hill house from lumber formerly in Roy Kinschi house. The house was built by Jake Hill as a retirement home. It stood across the road South of Sumpter Methodist Church and faced West (Sumpter Township)
