Photograph and notes about 1002 Madison Street. Old house before this house. Peter Molitor's new, 8 room residence on the corner south of the Lutheran Church is finished. It was designed by contractor Frank Schmitz, who also did the carpenter work. Charles Schmitz did the mason work and plastering. Lachmund Lumber and Coal Company furnished the lumber.
