Photographs and notes about 915 Hemlock Street. Anton Semrod lived here in the early '30's - they were beer makers from S.W. Wisconsin, possibly Highland - did bootlegging under the chicken house. Ed Pulvermacher lived here in the late 30's. Roy Riese, before 1945. Adam Maier. Donovan Niederklopfer - 1973. Francis Lamberty built house. Jacob Sirny bought this house Ed Pulvermacher about 1924. Had it about 3 years and sold/traded it for farm next to Chris Gruber. Lorena Grass and Ludwig Racek were married at this place. Typed story attributed to Lousie Reible.
