This map is ink and watercolor on tracing paper and shows plat of city, local streets, block numbers, topography, several buildings, and includes an explanation on blocks and lot dimensions. Relief is shown by hachures. A folder included with the map has a manuscript note that reads: "Found among effects of Jairus H. Carpenter, Sept. 1, 1914. Signed: C.F. Lamb, executor."
