This map is ink and watercolor on paper and shows a plat of a paper city (a city planned but never built) located in Lafayette County. Some streets and the Pekatolica River are labeled. The bottom right of the map has very faded manuscript annotations and appears to be signed by surveyor, Robert Daugherty.
