Front: Sep 62. Back: Bldg located at sw cor. of N. Farwell Ave & E. Brady Str. Built 1880 by John Kumitzky, as prop. of saloon, (tavern) up to around yr of 1885. Back to around year of 1866, Kumitzky had a tavern at 111 Wells Str, near W. Water Str. (N. Plank Ave.). Also at or near cor. Of Jefferson & Oneida (E. Wells Str). Frency's ("Frency" La rue) at point of North Ave and Kenilworth in old tavern about 1935-1965; then new building nearby, E on North Ave, to 198--.
