BOAT DESCRIPTION: Sidewheel
BOAT TYPE: Packet
BUILT: 1860 at Jeffersonville, Indiana. Machinery came from the former National (1854-1860)
FINAL DISPOSITION: Retired in 1873, she was taken to Cincinnati where she was wrecked on the wharf at Covington, Kentucky and high water that October carried her away
OWNERS: 1860: Captain P.C. Montgomery; May 1865: John S. and Richard Sinnott and James McClosky
OFFICERS & CREW: 1865: Captain Richard Sinnott, F.C. Findren (clerk)
RIVERS: Red River; Mississippi River
OTHER INFORMATION: Ways - 4118; She originally ran the Red River trade with Captain P.C. Montgomery. After being sold in May, 1865, she continued her New Orleans-Red River trade.
