Stanley Severson worked for the George Banta Company from 1934-1975 and held the position of Vice President of Industrial Relations. He discussed what the company was like in 1934 and the reasons for its success. Stanley also discussed Frank Shattuck who was an executive at the George Banta Company. Stanley was 66 years old and lived in Neenah at the time of the interview.
