OTHER INFORMATION: Ways - 0829; The Cape Girardeau was designed by Tom Dunbar. She went from Louisville to St. Louis in November, 1923. Came out in St. Louis-Cape-Commerce trade in April 1924. Christened at Cape Girardeau on August 24, 1924 by Miss Christine Rowling. Made St. Louis-New Orleans Mardi Gras trips 1925-1930 inclusive. Took a MVBL tow from St. Louis to Cairo in October, 1934 and was sold in 1935
