Probably acrylic painting. Looking from the northeast at the southwest corner of Central Avenue and Mill Street. Shows the buildings on that block before the Auditorium was built. Smoke is coming from the chimneys and hills are in the background. Buildings marked, "Micks Cafe", "K.P. Hall", "Express".
