This photograph shows the old brick building that was on the northeast corner of W State St and N 5th St. A marquee advertising Blatz Beer hangs over a small tavern, the Rendezvous. This building, along with the rest of the block, was demolished to make way for the Milwaukee Arena, now known as the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena.
