Maria Rodríguez is interviewed in the fall of 2015.This video interview was conducted by students who participated in a Chican@ and Latin@ Studies (CLS) course at University of Wisconsin-Madison, taught by Andrea-Teresa "Tess" Arenas, Ph.D.. Students were trained in qualitative research methodology and design, data analysis, videography, editing, archival selection, interviewing, and transcribing. Students then traveled to various parts of Wisconsin to record video interviews of Latina activists and then edited the footage to produce short (approximately hour-long) films about each Latina. Students involved in this interview include: Casey Resendez, Sergio Rodriguez, Alberto Cuevas, Edith Flores, and Clara Huerta.
