Black & white postcard photo of Richland Post Office. (Replacing old Post Office in Richland County Bank). This building was built in 1935 when Henry Margenthau, Jr. was U. S. Secretary of the Treasury, James A. Farley was U. S. Postmaster General. Louis A. Simon was the supervising architect and Neal A. Melick was the supervising engineer.
