- Description
Hong Kong, Frontier to Red China. The Achilles Heel of Hong Kong's defense is its water supply which is located on the mainland, not far from the border with Red China. It is almost impossible to defend and can easily be overrun. When this happens, the entire Crown Colony of Hong Kong with its two million inhabitants will be forced to capitulate in a matter of days for lack of water. This is what happened when the Japs [Japanese] attacked Hong Kong following Pearl Harbor. The water reservoir was overrun in a few days, and the city surrendered less than a week later.
