Introductory title cards read: "The following film shows treatment techniques for children with Cerebral Palsy. They are referred under the medical direction of the clinic or private physician. Early diagnosis and adequate treatment leads to greater physical benefit and to the development of a well adjusted child. Introducing three children who are learning greater independence." These children are Jackie, Bonnie, and Janie. Film shows occupational therapists interacting with the children both at the Workshop and during home visits.
