This photograph shows the northeast side of East Mason Street, looking east. The Charles Preusser Building is on the corner. It was eventually torn down and replaced with the Marshall & Ilsley Bank. This photograph includes a partial view of Newspaper Row, the area of the city where many newspapers were published in the late 1800s.
