Andrew "Andy" Baker discussed his time working for the Forest Products Lab. Baker spoke of his years of employment at the Lab, between 1956 and 1994, and included thoughts on his work with wood hydrolysis, log grading, sawmills, sawdust, the USS Constitution, USAID, and his time away from the Lab, working at the Northwest Forest and Range Experiment Station. In a second session, Baker talks about the origins of the Forest Products Laboratory and its relationship with the University of Wisconsin.
