Mr. Sheldon's daughter, Mary Sheldon, stands in front of the electric streetcar snowplow (sweeper) at the TMER&L Co. car station during a snowstorm on February 6, 1924. The transit barns were located at Oakland Avenue and Edgewood Avenue in Shorewood.
