- Description
Two Nyaheun men are standing behind a bamboo fence--a villager on the left, a soldier with a rifle on the right--in Houei Kong (XB 6473, L-56) in Attapu Province. The soldier is part of the village self-defense force (ADC, originating from the French term "Auto Defense de Choc"). Both men are wearing green military fatigues, though the villager only has on a fatigue shirt. His hairstyle is traditional for Nyaheun men, as is his neck ring, which is probably brass.
