- Description
A view of Lake Metonga looking south as it appeared around 1910 to 1912. The presence of tire tracks on East Shore Drive in the foreground establishes the date, for there were no cars in Crandon earlier than then. The large building on the bluff to the right was the Crandon Gun club. The Crandonaire restaurant now that occupies that site.
