Jun 67 / B717 / Buildings shown located along the west side of Third street, at and near the corner of what then was known as Chestnut street, now as West Juneau avenue, as it appeared around the year 1920. The wood frame building shown at left, occupied as a restaurant in those times, still remains at present, (altered), buildings to the right of this have long since been razed, site used now for parking purposes, and was also for the widening of West Juneau avenue. Two adjoining lots at this location were acquired by Napoleon B. Caswell (occupied by the buildings shown) year of 1855, and remained in the Caswell relation (Caswell estate) for many years. At the corner was the former location of the residence of Byron Kilbourn, founder of the west side or Kilbourntown back in 1835. H. A. Wudtke, 508 E. Dover Str. / Southwest corner
