A White Hmong man and woman at the New Year's fair in Luang Prabang. It is interesting to note the difference between the way that the Hmong and Lao attending the New Year's festival dress. While the Hmong are wearing their traditional clothing, the Lao are wearing more Western clothing. The Lao banner above the tent in the center of the photo reads "Kom Yotha Luang Phrabang" or "Transportation Department of Luang Prabang Province."
