Day the World War One veterans returned. Looking east on Court Street from the intersection with Central Avenue. Lots of flags and bunting, people along and in street. Signs on left/north side of court street include: “Goodrich Tires, Best in the Long Run, Richland ... Tire and Repair Co., Vulcanizing and Retreading”, “Books”, “Albums”, “H.B. Allen”, “Drugs”, “Kirkpatrick Bros”, “Books”, “City Bakery”, “D. G. James Imple...”. Sign over the street: “We Are Proud Of All The Boys That Follow The Flag”. Platform in middle of intersection with Uncle Sam on top of it. Written on front of picture, “Richland Co. Honor Day At Richland Center, Wis, 7-25-1919”.
