[Bangkok, Thailand(?)]: A carton of medical textbooks received from an American donor through CARE. This is Dr. Osathamondh [Osathanondh], Director of the University
CARE, founded in 1945, was a collaboration of 22 American organizations. They organized sending lifesaving packages to survivors of World War II. Later, they began sending books, supplies, and medicine to Asia and Latin America.
