Fire riddled three story brick building on Cherry Street

- Description
A three story brick rooming building at 324 W Cherry Street caught fire on March 26th, 1950. The adjacent buildings appear unharmed. Ten people died and another 75 tenants were left homeless. Four firefighters were injured while battling the flames.
