Members of the Youth Council led by Father James Groppi march on the sidewalk outside of Milwaukee Alderman Ertl's home. Two policemen stand on the porch on the home at 39th and Linden. The demonstration was in response to Alderman Ertl's refusal to back the proposed Fair Housing Ordinance.
