This photograph was taken on W Juneau Ave, west of N 3rd St. The arrow indicated where the first religious meetings of German Lutherans took place.
Below - Building shown, located on north side of West Juneau avenue, west of North Third street, along east side of alley, of which this part of the lot is said to have been given to Martin Kruger, gratis, from Byron Kilbourn around the year 1840, and of which Kruger is said to have built a genuine German style of home or house, as the solidest on the west side at the time and to have remained there for quite a number of years. Also used for the first religious meetings by the early German Lutherans. / Have negative
