Karl Ratzsch's Restaurant
Karl Ratzsch's Restaurant opened in 1904 as Hermann's Cafe. It was owned by Otto Herrmann, who sold the restaurant to Karl Ratzsch around 1925. Ratzsch then sold the restaurant to Eitel Brothers of Chicago and then took it over again in 1937. The menu is a trifold brochure. The front panel includes a map of downtown Milwaukee and directions to the restaurant. The back panel includes a history of the restaurant. Food options include a wide variety of dinners.
