There is a horse and the Park Hotel behind them. A bicycle is along the curb to the right in front of spectators including children and a man with a cigar and a mustache and hat. A barber shop pole is on the front of the porch on the right side of the Park Hotel. Utility poles line the street. Same image as p000263-30c1, p000263-30c2, p000614-06-21.
