This map is pen and ink on paper and shows the location of churches, local streets, railroads, parks, Middleton, Shorewood Hills, Monona, Maple Bluff, McFarland, Truax Field, Lake Mendota, Lake Monona, Lake Wingra, and Lake Waubesa. Also included is a legend of church denominations, denominations are color coded, and church names are numbered. Synagogue (green triangle), Baptist (orange square), Catholic (purple square), Episcopal (blue square), Interdenominational (gray square), Presbyterian (dark red square), Lutheran (light red square), Methodist (green square), United Methodist (green circle), Wesleyan Methodist (green hexagon), United Church of Christ (pink triangle).
