611 North Broadway Building. 605-623 N. Broadway St. Northwest corner of N. Broadway and E. Michigan Streets. Erected in 1885 as the home office of the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. the insurance company remained here until 1914, when it moved to its present home office at 720 E. Wisconsin Avenue. It was previously known as the Loyalty Building. Since 1947, the building has been owned by Charles Realty Company.
