- Description
This group of stores was located on the west side of Main Street, half a block south of Wisconsin Street (58th Street) at the alley running west from Main Street. The Bond store is in the brick building where the man is standing in the doorway. The millinery shop of Mrs. H. McDermott is in the frame building just beyond the alley. For many years, Miss Sophia Runkle conducted a dressmaking shop on the second floor.
