COPY OF A TELEGRAM SENT TO BERNARD ZIEGLER, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF REGENTS, UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN, VAN HISE HALL A SMALL DELEGATION OF SPANISH SPEAKING REPRESENTATIVES OF THE COUNCIL FOR LATIN AMERICAN EDUCATION ARE CORDIALLY REQUESTING THAT ONE OF ITS MEMBERS READ AN OPEN LETTER TO THE WISCONSIN BOARD OF REGENTS.
