Introductory title cards reads: "The Curative Workshop of Milwaukee, a community agency for physical restoration" and "Handicapped children receive treatment prescribed by physicians." The next title card reads: "Handicapped children receive treatment prescribed by physicians." "At school age, they go to orthopedic schools or neighborhood schools, in which case, they continue treatment there". Families enter the front door of the Curative Workshop at 39th and Wells. Infants with paralysis respond to various types of treatment.
