The Remmel Manufacturing Company machine shop building. Remmel Manufacturing Company was incorporated in 1919 by Nicholas Remmel. The company's main business was the manufacture of corn huskers, cement mixers, and emery grinders. The business was closed in 1972 by Nicholas Remmel's grandson Louis L. Bath (vintagemachinery.org).
