Paper label with Red Dot and #519
From a series of surveying photographs which could have been taken between 1908-1912. Borup spent the field season of 1910 on a topographical survey with the U.S. Geological Survey and spent time at the Yale Geological camp in the mountains of Virginia in 1911. Stone cairns like this were used as flag markers on expeditions.
