The five-story red brick Romanesque Revival Belvedere designed by E. T. Mix. A large, seven-story sign is affixed to the building's western façade, reading: Blatz-Milwaukee's Finest Beer. Storefronts support Gov. Nelson for Senator. Razed in 1967.
