- Description
Image appears to be a clipping from a newspaper depicting a frame building used as a temporary church for St. Robert's Catholic parish in 1913, located on the southeast corner of Atwater Road (formerly Mineral Springs Road, presently Capitol Drive) and Maryland Avenue (note the Dummy Line tracks). Charles Sheldon notes that ""it had an earth floor so Father Reilly hung up a whisk broom so parishioners could dust off their knees.""
