- Description
John Kleczka was a Wisconsin State Senater from 1909-1911 and was later elected as a Republican to the Sixty-sixth and Sixty-seventh congresses (1919 - 1923). He was also the first Polish American elected to the House of Representitives. He would retire as a circuit court judge in Milwaukee.
