Relief shown pictorially. Probably from Theodor de Bry's Decima tertia pars historiae Americanae, qvae continet exactam et accvratam descriptionem. Described in Burden's Mapping of North America. [no.] 235. Includes insets of Greenland and Antarctica and illustrations of fish and ships. Description : With inset details of the North and South Poles and gives Picart's version of Tierra del Fuego and several ships and sea monsters. The map is derived from that by Jodocus Hondius, 1618, but lacking the decorative borders.
