Grace May Hall, age seven years in 1893, with two snakes wrapped around her body. She is holding the head of one snake in her right hand. The head of the other snake is visible on her left arm. Grace May Hall, the daughter of George and Lida Hall, was the third generation of the Hall family to operate a circus with winter headquarters in Evansville, Wisconsin. Her husband was Howard Bruce.
