- Description
Herzog's Beer Hall and Lunch Room was photographed in 1907. It was located at 809 South Eighth Street. John F. Herzog ran the saloon from the late 1890's on and was later listed in city directories as a baseball manager. In 1911 he was listed with a Mr. Walker as running the Savoy at 114 North Eighth Street.
