View of five story stone Romanesque Revival office building with cornice, pilasters, sets of triplet windows, and multicentered arches. The entrances and some of the windows are arched. A small fence surrounds the front of the building. View of street.
Blue Cross occupied the fourth floor of the Loyalty Building.
