This map of Duluth and Superior show lands that "will be for sale soon" in portions of Douglas County, Wisconsin and Saint Louis County, Minnesota. The map also shows city limits and railroads. Relief is shown by hachures. The margins includes quotes about quality of life in the cities and an annotation that reads: "After showing this map to your many friends kindly tack it up in a prominent place."
