This map is blue line print and shows local streets, roads, the University of Wisconsin, Monona Village, Verona, Middleton, McFarland, Lake Mendota, Lake Monona, Lake Wingra, and Lake Waubesha. Also included is a legend that identifies names and major streets, boulevards, and parkways that are of sufficient width, to be widened, and to be opened. The bottom left of the map reads: "Prepared Under the Auspices of the Trustees of Madison Planning Trust. Nineteen thirty eight. Ladislas Segoe, planning consultant, Cincinnati, Ohio."
