Little Mermaid statue in Churchill Park near the Copenhagen harbor.
The Little Mermaid statue was created in 1913 and sits at Langelinje Pier. It was sculpted by Edvard Eriksen, donated by Carl Jacobsen, and inspired by ballerina Ellen Price, based on the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale of the same name.
