Hmong Nai Kong (tribal administrative official) Nhia Ying facing the camera while Tai Daeng refugees from Nong Khang (L-52) return with newly received supplies to their shelters at Houei Kha Moun, a Striped Hmong village and fortification, as well as key supply point for Phou Pha Thi (LS-85). He died from burns in a Helio crash in 1966.
